To meet the challenges of complex field operations and frequent site transfers, the project required:
Air quality compliant with ISO8573 standards to effectively remove oil, moisture, and impurities, protecting molecular sieves and downstream equipment.
Reliable performance in Southeast Asia's hot and humid climate, with easy transportation and relocation.
EPSEA's containerized nitrogen generation system features a modular design with integrated pre-installation, enabling fast transportation and deployment while fully meeting project requirements.
Based on site requirements, EPSEA adopted a skid-mounted integrated design, providing a complete solution from air pretreatment to high-pressure nitrogen production. The system integrates air tank, line filters, refrigerated air dryer, activated carbon oil remover, nitrogen generator and booster. Each container produces 400 Nm³/h of nitrogen, with a total capacity of 1600 Nm³/h across four units. The system delivers nitrogen purity up to 99.5% at an outlet pressure of 40 bar. All core equipment is independently developed and manufactured by EPSEA to ensure stable performance and quality. The advanced control system supports real-time cloud data synchronization and remote monitoring, enabling intelligent operation and more efficient maintenance management.
