From February 2nd to 7th, EPSEA successfully held the 2026 Annual Gala and Third Factory Production Startup Ceremony. On the first day, global sales staff visited the new factory to jointly celebrate the overall relocation of the Filtration&Separation Division and the commissioning of the third factory, after which the global sales training conference was officially launched. With the themed "Solid Steps, Steady Gains", which included sales training, annual reports and experience sharing. Meanwhile, two annual ceremonies were held. The events enhanced professional capabilities and team cohesion, laying a solid foundation for EPSEA's high-quality development in 2026.



This 3-day training was a conference core component, aiming to boost the sales team's professional competence via multidimensional knowledge empowerment and align with global development strategies. It opened with a report by EPSEA Group President Mr. Lin Peifeng, who reviewed EPSEA's 2025 achievements and outlined the 2026 strategic roadmap. EPSEA will focus on technological innovation and deliver high-performance products in 2026.

Subsequently, specialized training sessions were held, offering multi-dimensional knowledge empowerment across various fields. The training covered brand value, channel development, management optimization, product skills and project solution capabilities.
Ms. Eva Sun, the VP of Int' Dept, focused on customer problem-solving, illustrating how brand value elevates customer experience and delivers win-win results. Mr. Li Xiaoke, the VP of the Domestic Business Dept, emphasized the importance of sales professionals' product expertise and service precision. Ms. Duan Chunhong, the VP of the Domestic Business Dept, explained the long-term significance of institutional rules in corporate development. Mr. Chen Zhongwen, the VP of Filtration&Separation Division, carried out training around the future market planning, helping participants consolidate their product skills and sales strategies.

Top sales representatives shared professional insights, covering service channel development, client solution implementation and product skill enhancement, while also advancing management capabilities and optimizing team training systems.
Following the training, all branch directors and sales representatives delivered work reports in turn, thoroughly reviewing 2025 achievements and outlining strategic priorities for 2026.

Outstanding sales professionals were awarded the Excellent Sales Award, Top Sales Award and Elite Sales Award for their remarkable 2025 achievements, with awardees sharing valuable experience. In addition, leaders excelling in market expansion were presented with the Market Pioneer Award and Elite Director Award.
The team recognition ceremony honored outstanding global branches with awards including the Sales Progress Award, Excellent Performance Award, Skyrocketing Performance Award, Exceptional Performance Award, and Outstanding Achievement Award. These awards recognize their hard work and inspire continued growth.



The meeting concluded with two annual events. On February 6, the RD & Marketing Center held its New Year Gala, followed by the Manufacturing Center's event on February 7. All attendees celebrated together and strengthened team cohesion.

To support global expansion, improve organizational efficiency and value creation, and strengthen team synergy, EPSEA announces appointments for Key Executive, Global Branch, R&D Center, Finance Department, INT Department, Market Department, HR Department, Domestic Business Department, and Customer Services Department.

All appointees took a pledge to perform their duties on-site. They committed to fulfilling responsibilities, enhancing management capabilities, and implementing development philosophies, striving to drive shared growth for the team and the company.
In 2025, EPSEA has deepened R&D innovation. Its outstanding achievements are attributed to professional technical teams. To honor their hard work and contributions, the gala presented the Innovation Output Award, Annual Technology Star, and Annual Skills Master Award to technical personnel.

After the award ceremony, Mr. Patric Wang, General Manager of the R&D Center, outlining the 2026 technology R&D plan. He emphasized that the R&D team will continue to focus on product performance upgrading and new product development, starting from the perspective of industry applications, and firmly expressed confidence and prospects for the high-quality development of the Machinery Division.

Finally, Mr. Lin Peiquan, Chairman of EPSEA Group, emphasized that while pursuing rapid development, the company must maintain solid and steady progress. Technology R&D, manufacturing, and channel services should advance in tandem. Following the launch of the third factory, the Filtration&Separation Division was relocated, freeing up the first factory to focus fully on refrigerated air dryer. This represents not only an expansion of space but also an overall upgrade to production capacity and layout. Planning for the fourth factory is underway, which will better serve the northern market. He also stressed that R&D and marketing must work in close coordination: innovation to strengthen core competitiveness, and targeted marketing to expand market reach, laying a solid foundation for long-term development.

The key executives took the stage for a toast, and all joined in raising glasses in celebration. Captivating performances, including a passionate poetry recitation, a heartfelt musical presentation, energetic dances, creative runway shows and medley acts, won continuous applause, fully displaying the marketing team's versatility.


Based on the results, prizes were awarded to the outstanding performance teams in recognition of their excellent shows. It is aim to inspire more colleagues to participate actively and foster a more vibrant event atmosphere.

To honor the hard work of the manufacturing center staff over the past year and inspire continued success, a special awards ceremony was held prior to the new year gala. Mr. Gavin Zheng, General Manager of the Filtration&Separation Division, took the stage to address the strategic significance and future roadmap centered on the commissioning of the third factory.

Following this, Mr. Xie Junjun, General Manager of the EPSEA Manufacturing Center, emphasized that production capacity expansion is vital for the company's high-quality development in 2026. He highlighted it as a crucial measure to meet global market demands and strengthen core competitiveness.

To optimize the management system and enhance operational efficiency, personnel appointments were announced for frontline, grassroots, and senior management positions to solidify the managerial foundation.

The ceremony also recognized excellence across the board as "Outstanding Newcomer" awards for promising new talent. "Model Worker" for employees demonstrating silent dedication. "Advanced Manager" awards for exceptional leadership. "Annual Special Contribution Award" for technical experts. These awards aim to fully stimulate the cohesion and morale of the manufacturing team.

Following the ceremony, the New Year Gala began.

He also announced plans to build a fourth factory, which will provide new development and promotion opportunities for outstanding employees. The atmosphere peaked with a toast from the core leadership, followed by a vibrant array of dances, songs, and skits.

Supported by supplier partners, a total of 196 prizes and cash rewards—valued at over 200,000 CNY—were given away during the lucky draw, with exciting prizes interspersed throughout the performances. The evening concluded with a celebratory toast and a shared sense of joy and accomplishment.
