Four months after the second factory of EPSEA officially commenced production, its new office buildings, apartment, training center, exhibition hall, and laboratory were all fully completed and put into operation in August. This week, EPSEA successfully hosted a sales training conference themed "Solid Steps, Innovative Sparks" at the second factory. Over 100 sales elites from around the world attended.
After visiting production lines of the full-chain manufacturing center and exploring exhibition hall and R&D laboratory, every sales professional gained a clearer understanding of the products and greater confidence in them.
On the first day, Mr. Lin Peiquan, Chairman of the EPSEA Group, delivered a speech titled "Solid Steps, Innovative Sparks" to launch the training program. He analyzed the company's development priorities and charted the course for the sales team. He also stressed that sales professionals should deepen their expertise to better address client challenges and create value for clients.
For the R&D , Mr. Lin Peifeng, Group President, shared the technological breakthroughs, new product planning, and key product advantage analysis. His presentation systematically covered the comprehensive R&D capabilities, product competitiveness, and relevant technical knowledge to strengthen the professionalism of sales teams in technology and products, enabling them to deliver product solutions, help clients identify opportunities, and create greater value for them.
Furthermore, Ms. Eva Sun, the VP of Int' Dept, delivered a detailed explanation how to better leverage the brand advantages to deliver tangible value to clients. Mr. Chen Zhongwen, the VP of Domestic Dept, provided specialized training on the filter and separator products. Ms. Duan Chunhong, Director of Domestic Channel Management, offered guidance on identifying strengths and weaknesses in business development and avoiding common pitfalls. Mr. Li Xiaoke, Sales Director for the East China Region, conducted sales strategy training and finally shared insights into after-sales service.
To better serve customers, alignment with market demands is essential. Some directors of factory warehouse and service center and sales elites shared practical experience and product sales strategies to elevate the sales team’s overall professionalism.
Finally, teams from factory warehouse and service centers and sales elites who exceeded the first-half sales targets were recognized and awarded. This not only acknowledged their outstanding achievements, but also aimed to inspire everyone to keep pushing forward and achieve even greater results!
