【EPSEA NEWS】>99.99% Efficiency!EPSEA Precision Filter Passes SGS Test

Recently, The EPSEA precision line filter has achieved SGS certification, verifying its compliance with international standards, achieving breakthroughs in suspended oil and particulate filtration. Test results show that in the suspended oil test, compressed air oil concentration dropped from 10.2 mg/m³ to 0.0001 mg/m³ with over 99.99% filtration efficiency, meeting Compressed air—Part 1 Contaminants and purity classes Class 0 oil content level. In the particle test, filtration efficiency across all particle sizes met Class 0 particle level in the standard.


The test sample is 1.5 m³/min compressed air precision line filter (EP-001G) of EPSEA, which adopts a four stage series testing method to better simulate real-world application scenarios.

Starting from the winding of the filter layer, production personnel strictly follow the drawing specifications to ensure that the filter material is wound tightly without deformation or looseness, eliminating problems such as filter layer damage and winding deviation. 

 

During the installation of the outer skeleton, fine operations are adopted to avoid scratching the filter layer, and the filter material is precisely trimmed to ensure it is flush with the edge of the skeleton. In the assembly link, steps such as sponge sleeve installation, end cover cleaning, and adhesive application all follow strict standards to ensure the tightness and integrity of the components. 

 

After the adhesive curing process for 4-6 hours at room temperature, the product also needs to undergo multi-dimensional inspections such as dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerance. After completing the installation of components, it is finally tested according to strict factory inspection technical conditions, and qualified products can be packaged and stored.
