On April 18th, EPSEA held a completion and commissioning ceremony at its Factory II to commemorate this momentous occasion. EPSEA Chairman Mr. Lin Peiquan and Manufacturing Center General Manager Mr. Xie Junjun, along with the current workforce of Factory II, participated jointly in the ceremony.
 

Mr. Lin stated that manufacturing capacity is a key component of a company's core competitiveness, and EPSEA has consistently increased its investment in this area. With the completion and commissioning of Factory II, the facility now spans over 80,000 square meters. Thanks to the rapid growth of the new energy vehicle industry, the value of outstanding orders has reached CNY 88.43 million, putting significant operational pressure on Factory I. Fortunately, the startup of Factory II has effectively addressed this issue by expanding production capacity!
 

Moreover, Mr. Lin elaborated on the significance of the commissioning of Factory II from three perspectives: employees, customers, and its contributions to society.

Factory II's factory and dormitory buildings were constructed to the latest design standards, significantly improving the comfort of employees' working and living environments. Once Factory I's desiccant air dryers and nitrogen generators are transferred to Factory II, the company will begin upgrading Factory I. At the same time, efforts will be made to improve the working and living conditions there. Furthermore, the company is committed to continuously upgrading production equipment to reduce employees' workload and enhance their satisfaction.

The layout of Factory II has been tailored to meet the specific needs of different product categories. The company's production team, in collaboration with suppliers, has developed a range of automated production systems. These systems not only significantly enhance production efficiency and manufacturing standards but also enable faster delivery and higher-quality products for customers, thereby boosting satisfaction.
 

With the commissioning of Factory II, EPSEA's pressure vessels and oxygen generators will enter the market. This milestone will create more job opportunities. Already, 52 new employees have been recruited, and over the next three years, we plan to create more than 200 new jobs as we expand. Annual output is expected to increase by CNY 300 million, generating greater value for society.

In terms of planning for the full-chain manufacturing center, Factory II primarily focuses on producing modular and twin-tower type desiccant air dryers, nitrogen generators, oxygen generators, energy-saving desiccant air dryers, and pressure vessel products such as gas tanks, oil-gas separation tanks, and bin pumps. Simultaneously, the 1,000㎡ provincial-level R&D lab will be expanded to 2,000㎡ within Factory II, constructed in strict accordance with national-level laboratory standards. 
 

Factory I, on the other hand, focuses on manufacturing refrigerated air dryers and filter & separator products. The ground floor of Factory Building 1 is scheduled to be upgraded into a hardware production line, covering the production of filter & separator hardware, sheet metal parts for refrigerated air dryers, and heat exchangers. The upper floor will serve as the filter & separator production workshop, focusing on meticulous processing and assembly. As for Factory Building 2, the ground floor will be used for welding refrigerated air dryers and assembling large-sized units, while the upper floor will be dedicated to the assembly of small-sized units.
 

With the commissioning of Factory II, EPSEA's 80,000 m² full-chain manufacturing center is now fully operational. Leveraging this state-of-the-art facility, EPSEA aims to further enhance employee comfort and well-being. At the same time, the company is committed to boosting customer satisfaction, fulfilling its social responsibilities, creating greater value for society, and making a broader impact.
