After over 300 days of construction, EPSEA's factory II has recently achieved fully topping-out. Covering an area of 50,000+㎡ of the super factory is expected to be fully completed and put into operation by the end of this year. By then, EPSEA's production capacity will be further expanded, gas storage tanks, oil-gas separator tanks, reaction kettle and various pressure vessel products will be available to the market, providing customers with a more comprehensive range of compressed air system products.





On October 6, 2024, Mr. Lin Peiquan, Chairman of EPSEA, Ms. Huang Fenying, Chief Financial Officer, some executives of the manufacturing center and representatives of the construction company visited the construction site to hold the toppling-out ceremony, witness a new beginning.



EPSEA Factory II consists of two workshops and one dormitory, Workshop No. 1 is divided into two functional areas, and office area can accommodate hundreds of people, and plans to build 1500+㎡ of national technology center standard laboratory, workshop area is planned as an assembly workshop for desiccant dryers and nitrogen generators.





Workshop No. 2 is planned as a pressure vessel workshop. In addition to supplying self-used adsorption barrels, large model filter shells and coolers, it also has production lines for gas storage tanks, oil-gas separator tanks, reaction kettle, and more.

The existing Factory I has been in steady operation, covering a construction area 35,000㎡, and has achieved independent research and development and production of sheet metal, heat ex-changer and filter product hardware and other core components.The subsequent main production lines will be arranged for refrigerated dryers, modular adsorption dryers, modular nitrogen generators and filter production lines of the filtration division.
 

With the topping-out ceremony of the Factory II, EPSEA's 80,000㎡ full-chain manufacturing center is poised for an upgrade. After the completion of the second plant and the existing Factory I combined to achieve full operation, production capacity will be gradually increased according to the expansion of the market, the goal is to achieve in 2030 to double the existing volume, annual sales of more than 700 million RMB.
