【EPSEA NEWS】2023 EPSEA Mid-Year Summary Meeting & Training Successfully Held
The Mid-Year Summary Conference & Training 2023 of EPSEA was successfully held in Wuhan from 7th to 9th July, 2023.
Nearly 90 persons including Heads of 26 domestic and overseas branches, sales staff and headquarters core staff attended the meeting, comprehensively review and summarize the development of H1 of 2023, analyse the current situation and achievements, and determine the objectives and strategic planning for H2 of the year. Comprehensive, enhanced and efficient fulfilled customers multi-demands.
On 7th July, heads of branches made a report on the overall sales situation in the first half-yearly and the development plan for H2. Analyse the details of the development of each regional market, product and service advantage, make preparations for more professional and accurate services to customers.
The second half session analyzed and summarized the brand strategy, global business development direction, sales and after-sales service improvement, technical innovation, and production management optimization, and put forward suggestions for improvement, do the semi-annual plan and provide greater support for the global branches.
Mr Lin Peifeng, Group President of EPSEA, introduced the subsequent R&D planning for new products and gave guidance on the business policy. Under the overall inactive environment, EPSEA brand market is still achieved 27.2 % increase in H1.
Mr Lin Peiquan, Chairman of EPSEA, gave a wonderful speech, leading everyone to review the Meeting & Training moments over the years. In the future, EPSEA will adhere to our strategic goals, target future development trends, and invest more in strategic overseas markets.
